Our Team

Filippo Cervi
CEO & Co-Founder

Manager and Trainer, in business since 1978 with relevant experience in the hotel industry, digital and design, and in online and offline marketing. He began his career in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and Grand Hotels, including Savoy – Londa, Principe di Savoia – Milan and Suvretta – St. Moritz, where he held the positions of Assistant Front Office Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and MICE Manager. 
Later, he oriented his interests towards the digital sphere and the emerging world of the web, occupying the roles of Product Manager, Marketing Manager, General Manager and Entrepreneur in companies such as Nixdorf Computer, Siemens Data, Micros Fidelio, Vortal Consulting and XDeers, a company based in Lugano.

Creator in 2004 of the hotel Booking Engine system Vertical Booking and in 2014 of XTable, the first direct web booking for restaurants, since 1995 he has been a Trainer at CST Assisi, Formaper Milano, Politecnico di Milano, Università Bicocca, MIB Trieste, Regione Sardegna, Valle d’Aosta e Sudtirol, Eurotoques, ENFAPI Confindustria Como, IATH Academy Cernobbio, IAL Lecco.

Over the years, he has devised some of the most innovative Internet strategies for tourism, developing online Tourism Neuromarketing with a holistic and strategic approach, applying Coaching systems to it for facility managers. Today he continues his activities as a Trainer at IATH Academy Cernobbio, IAL Lecco and Planetaria Hotel, is Head of Development at Connected Reality – a company active in the world of virtual reality and augmented reality – and has worked for several years in the BE MY GUEST Team in the field of hotel consulting for the Luxury sector.

Hervé Le Bras
CFO & Co-Founder

Hervé Le Bras was born in Tours in January 1969. He trained at the ESGCI in Paris, with an MBA in Hotel Management and at the Université de l’Indre et Loire in Sales & Marketing, where he obtained a BBA. He then went on to study Operations, Pricing Strategy & Distribution Channels in Hotel Revenue Management at Cornell University (NY).

He began his career by occupying various operational positions in Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, first as an employee and then as Head of Service, until he became Executive Assistant Manager of a 600-room, 4-star hotel complex at Futuroscope and thus approached the field of Revenue Management.

In 1999, he joined Optims, one of the three companies in the world specialising in hotel revenue management, working as Senior Consultant and Key Account Manager and developing projects with hotel chains such as Le Méridien, Radisson, Accor, and with some of the most prestigious hotels in the world such as Le Bristol – Paris, The Savoy, The Ritz, Grosvenor House – London, Hotel Eden Rome, , The Venetian, MGM – Las Vegas, Copacabana Palace – Rio de Janeiro, Raffles Hotel – Singapore, Le Méridien – Sydney.
During his career, he has held positions as Head of Sales & Marketing, Corporate Director of Sales, Revenue and Distribution Manager, and Responsible for the installation of the most innovative hotel applications (Micros Fidelio Opera PMS, multi-properties, City-Optims RMS, Pegasus CRS) for major groups such as Boscolo Hotels, Avance & Exclusive Hotels and Metha Hotel Group….
Chairman of the IHG Country Marketing Forum in Italy and member of the IAHI Europe Middle East Africa (EMAE) Sales & Marketing Board, at the end of 2011 he became an Independent Consultant, “serving the hospitality world”, particularly in France and Italy.

In 2023, he joined Zero Limits Consulting and in particular Filippo Cervi, whom he had met 25 years earlier.

Ambra Croce
CMO & Co-Founder

Born in Recife, PE (Brazil), class of 1985. Always passionate about writing, humanistic studies, communication, visual arts and music, in 2007 she graduated with honours in Philosophy from the University of Trieste.

The following year, she attended the University Master’s Degree in Publishing and Editorial Product Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Milan. She collaborated with a number of publishers in Milan and Trieste, taking a particular interest in the world of tourism publishing, as an editorial team for the production of several guidebooks for Touring Club Editore and in children’s publishing (Editoriale Scienza – Gruppo GIUNTI). In the meantime, she continued her university education with a Master’s degree in Microcredit and Social Business, at the University of Bologna, developing a strong interest in issues related to empathy and trust as a driver for the realisation of socially sustainable business models.

She then moved on to the business incentives sector, working in a company delegated by the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia for six years. In the meantime, she travelled and toured the world, developing an ever-growing desire to get to know the “behind the scenes” of hospitality.
Always a supporter of the importance of lifelong learning, in 2020 she attended an ITS training course in Front Office management, hotel reception techniques and tourism product creation and management. 
She worked for two years at the Tour Operator Viaggitalia, where she was part of the digital team for the Click-IT – Undertourism and CVB – Convention and Visitors Bureau projects, and had the opportunity to expand her knowledge in the areas of Destination Management Systems, Channel Manager and applications.
From 2021 she is also in charge at the Albergo Diffuso Sauris (UD), where she manages reception and booking for the campsite and SPA, and she is responsible for online and offline communication. In 2022/22 she is part of the project team for obtaining the GSTC Tourism Sustainability Certification, training in this area through participation in various workhops in Italy and abroad.

Marco Malaspina
Digital Solutions Coordinator & Co-Founder

A passionate and determined young professional, Marco is driven by a strong enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement. Believing that every problem conceals an opportunity, he tackles challenges with the aim of finding creative and transformative solutions that generate a real impact for his clients.

His professional journey has led him to work closely with the hospitality and restaurant sectors, fields he knows deeply thanks to numerous hands-on experiences. This expertise allows him to concretely understand the operational needs of establishments, translating them into effective and lasting digital solutions that not only enhance efficiency and visibility but also foster trustful relationships with clients.

Equipped with both education and experience, Marco approaches every project with a personalized, evolving mindset. If the available solutions are insufficient, he is always ready to explore new avenues and stay updated, experimenting to provide concrete answers. His work philosophy is rooted in the ability to listen, understand, and solve with precision while maintaining a realistic outlook.

Passionate about writing, he consistently shares his experiences and the latest industry trends, helping to keep his professional network informed and inspired. However, what he values most is the synergy that arises from direct collaboration with others: establishing an authentic connection is, for him, the key to achieving extraordinary results.
